The “Steuerkanzlei Andreas Köhl” tax consultancy will merge with “BBT Consilia Treuhand GmbH” on January 1, 2026. This strategic decision was an important step in order to continue to meet the growing demands and rapid changes in the tax and economic environment in the future. The aim of the merger is to further expand the transaction consulting and auditing divisions in particular and to strengthen the firm’s position in the Landshut area in the long term. Due to the long-standing and successful cooperation with the experienced auditor and tax advisor Andreas Köhl, this merger was a logical next step. By pooling our expertise and resources, we can expand our range of consulting services in a future-oriented manner and continue to offer our clients up-to-date, comprehensive, and high-quality advice.
