CAREER
Mr. Kostka completed his vocational training as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellter) at one of the “Big Four”, the world’s four largest accounting firms by revenue. Building on this, he qualified as a Certified Accountant (Geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter, IHK) and as a Senior Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt). He has been admitted as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) since April 2024. Through this career path, he has gained a thorough understanding of what efficient and reliable payroll and financial accounting require.
In addition to preparing annual financial statements and tax returns, he supports you in particular with forward-looking tax planning. His aim goes beyond simply managing your tax affairs: he seeks to give you and your business a sound and future-oriented tax position.
